Once downloaded, use your favorite compression program (WinRAR, WinACE, etc...) to extract the contents of "XXXXXXXX-XXX-i32.exe" to a folder. Once extracted, rename the file "VIRSCAN.zip" to "VDefHub.zip". Once renamed, copy and paste the file "VDefHub.zip" into your symantec install directory and overwrite the exsisting file. Regarding the just published IT manifesto of BJP, there are several great ideas that can be successfully implemented to take India at a next level in the right direction. However, I have doubts about the MNIC and how it will be implemented. As there are lakhs of Bangladeshis who have already obtained documentation to prove that they are locals, there should be a comprehensive scheme to tackle this issue. A system that generates MNICs on its own, without discussing it with other database systems is going to fail miserably for sure. MNIC, therefore, without standing on its own, should be developed as a unit of a comprehensive system, which rejects all the old documentations to prove Indian citizenship and re-issue new documentations based of great deal of scrutiny for each and every citizen. Every Indian will soon be numbered. The government has prepared the ground for what could be the world's biggest project to provide unique identification (UID) numbers to citizens. A new body will give all Indians UID- based smart cards with their personal details embedded in them. Even infants will have tag numbers, and will get smart cards in due course. The permanent identifiers will be place of birth, date of birth and name of parents. A gazette notification will soon be issued to set up a national UID authority under the Planning Commission. The headquarters for the mammoth project will be in Delhi with offices in all states and Union Territories.
