Unable to ping the router or see the PC in wireless network

In Router in the Wireless Settings page we can see the Enable Wireless Isolation Checkbox

Enable Wireless Isolation

  1. If checked, the wireless client under this SSID can only access internet and it can’t access other wireless clients even under the same SSID, Ethernet clients or this device.
  2. Other clients can’t access the wireless client, either.

Legacy PACE Drivers (iLok) crashes and BSOD Windows 10, couldn't install Avid Media Composer v8.x (RESOLVED)

Hey all, I want to share with you my nightmare experience attempting to install Avid MC 8.5.3 on my new Windows 10 machine, and share the solution I found I couldn't install Avid MC v8.x on my Windows 10 workstation due to MC forcing me to install an outdated and unsupported PACE Driverst. Every time I would run the Avid MC installer, when it asked for a reboot after the install completed, my computer would not boot back up. It would repeatedly crash on the "dots spinning in a circle" startup screen, turn into "attempting repairs," and then bring me to the boot recovery menu.  After some experimenting I found the culprit: I began the installation of Avid MC only to where it installs Legacy PACE Drivers, and didn't actually install Avid MC v8.x. It asked me for a reboot and then the same crash sequence happened. This told me that Legacy PACE Drivers was the cause of the crashing. MTU (Maximum Transmission Unit) is the largest packet a network device transmits. The best MTU setting for NETGEAR equipment is often just the default value. MTU is sometimes presented as something that can be easily changed to improve performance, but in practice this may cause problems. Leave MTU unchanged unless: You have problems connecting to your ISP, or other Internet service, and either the technical support of the ISP or of NETGAER recommends changing MTU.
